Find the Hermit Ibonek, a demon in disguise, far to the southeast and give him Zedeid's enchanted sword. Speak his true name and kill him, then return to Zedeid with proof of the deed.
On Arrival
Good. An agent of the festering god of hate has made his home here in Hanura -- it has disguised itself as the hermit Ibonek and is spreading corruption as we speak. He needs to die, but I am known to him and thus cannot get close enough to do the deed myself. Take this enchanted blade to Ibonek and speak his true name, AxoaVozz. This will weaken him, and allow you to close in for the kill. Bring me back his tail as proof. You can find him far to the Southeast, just follow the southern cliffs out of town. Keep to the cliff face -- you should avoid any unwanted attention that way.
