A sealed mark from the Tribunal? Then Solenyr’s light guides you here. I am Rira Noblefire, and I do not waste time with hopefuls. You’ll earn your honor through action. Take the path in the northeast part of town to Watcher's Bluff. The sealed crypt there was once a quiet place -- but it is now stirring. The villagers whisper of spirits making their way down the cliffs. I need you to investigate the crypt and find any evidence of sorcery there.
