As long as you remain within radius ft., the gadget pulses every 3 seconds, reducing the cooldowns of your Press the Attack, Fortify, Adrenaline Surge and Last Stand by 1 second per pulse. When destroyed, enemies in a radius2 ft. radius take dmg1 damage and are briefly stunned.
