Divine Call: Or'methis's Fixation

Or'methis turns obsessive focus into a weapon. The more Zealot's Fervor charges consumed, the more they are overwhelmed by the maddening spiral. <1 charge:> The target takes minor arcane damage and receives 1 stack of Fixation. Each stack increases the target's cooldown recovery, and damages the target when they use an ability. It also increases the damage received from this ability. <2 charges:> The target takes minor arcane damage and receives 3 stacks of Fixation. <3 charges:> The target takes arcane damage and receives 9 stacks of Fixation. <4 charges:> The target takes heavy arcane damage and receives 20 stacks of Fixation. <5 charges:> The target takes massive arcane damage and receives 35 stacks of Fixation.
