Wiki Entry
Caelistra is the tempest made divine - a goddess of roaring skies, crashing waves, and righteous fury. Worshippers of Caelistra vary widely. Some are humble; farmers, ranchers, nomads, and hunters of all races may see her as primarily a bringer of rain - a force of the elements to be respected and feared. Others - pirates, warlords, and cultists, seek to emulate the tempest and leave chaos in their wake. Chaotic Neutral
