Wiki Entry
Azzuleth is the goddess of rot made divine - a seductive and terrifying force who spreads sickness as the ultimate transformation. Her temples are crawling ruins and abandoned plague-houses, where the sick whisper prayers in blood and bile. Those who survive her gifts often rise twisted and reborn, carrying her will like a fever in the dark. Azzuleth's followers are unwavering in their goal: To spread their dark, rotting gift across the land until it is entirely consumed. Neutral Evil
